CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Great progress is being made at Frameline

After 25 months of navigating the pre-development phase, demolition has commenced at Frameline! Previously, 1181 Bellaire Street was comprised of 16 apartment units that were in very poor condition. This project will contain 78 multifamily units over 5 stories with one level of underground parking. Stay tuned for updates as construction progresses.
